19th Annual API Chili Cook-Off

Have been to this the past several years, and it is always a good time.   Anytime you can mix good food and helping out local Wyoming charities, it's a win.    Read on for info about this year's event.   Free tip:  Bring Tums.   You'll thank me later.

February 19th - API Chili Cook-Off returns to the Casper Events Center.    Opens at 11am, and only costs $10 to get in.  (And remember, it's all-you-can-eat, ou're helping out charities with your ticket.)     This year's theme is "Cowboy Up" - Wyoming style.    As always, there'll be loads of great chili from all sorts of different chefs.    Entertainment, the $10,000 cash raffle is back, plus gun raffle, door prizes, beverages, and more.

Reminder:   If you're taking little ones, for everyone's safety, there are NO STROLLERS allowed at this event.  (Too many people.)
