Wyoming Food for Thought Project is proud to present the 2nd Annual Canstruction food drive and construction event.

As of yesterday (Friday, October 16th, 2015), the Center Court of Eastridge Mall has been transformed by 8 teams who, over the past few weeks, have gathered food and designed a structure to be built out of only non-perishable food items. The designs are all original and will be on display from the time of completion until Friday, October 23rd.

Voting for the best Canstruction is open to the public for people’s choice and most creative. People can vote by dropping a canned good into one of the drop bins by their favorite structure or by writing the name of their favorite team on a piece of paper and dropping it in the giant Mason Jar on the Food for Thought information table at Center Court.

All canned food will be donated to Wyoming Food for Thought Project to be used in their childhood hunger program, the Food for Thought Food Bags.  This event is taking place thanks to the generosity of Eastridge Mall, Canstruction, Subway, Fed Ex, and the community at-large.
