Hussein Fatal, member of Tupac Shakur's early 90's rap crew, Outlaw Immortalz (or simply Outlawz), died in a car crash on Saturday, July 11th, 2015. Fatal, whose government name was Bruce Washington Jr., was 38.

Washington was an original member of the Outlawz. After accompanying Pac's cousin, Kadafi to a prison visit, he performed a freestyle rap for him. Shakur, impressed, added him to his newly formed group and gave him the moniker Hussein after Saddam Hussein. In later years, Fatal dropped the Hussein portion of the name

Fatal is probably best known for his verse (the second verse) on Pac's hit beef track, Hit 'Em Up.
