I'm not trying to ruin your appetite (unless, of course, you're on a diet) but I think it's important to know what you're putting in your body. In a world with confusing and sometimes blatantly false packaging, you have to wonder what is actually in what you're eating. GMO, what? Exactly! I know the world would be a better place if we all ate whole foods, but for various reasons, this just isn't possible. In my fight against the bulge I've been trying to educate myself to the needs of my body. I guess it's safe to say I'm never eating Greek yogurt or hot dogs again!
