One man is dead, one is in the hospital, and two are under arrest after a fight early Sunday morning.

It all happened at the Sage and Sand Motel at 901 Yellowstone just after midnight Sunday. There was a fight, seemingly over terms of disrespect used by one or the other party.

But when it was over, one man was dead and another taken to the hospital. Neither man was from Natrona County.

The victim was identified as Gary Jefferson of New Mexico. The man sent to the hospital was his son-in-law, Kameron Begay.

Jefferson, according to a witness, was kicked in the head numerous times after falling to the ground.

All of the people involved in the fight had been drinking.

Casper Police arrested 36-year-old Dwayne Bahe and 42-year-old David Watson Junior. Both men are from Arizona.

Both men have been charged with 2nd Degree Murder, which carries a penalty of 20 years to life in prison if convicted. They are also charged with aggravated assault, which carries a maximum of 10 years in jail.

They are being held on $200,000 bond.
