As you well know, because you're reading these words on a website right now, we live in a tech-savvy world. Relationships are started and ended via the internet. People can find out all about their ancestry. We don't even need television anymore because of Netflix. We keep in contact with friends, family, and even pets via a very specific social networking site. The site, as you may have guessed, is Facebook. It is the love of our life and the bane of our existence, so we have taken it upon ourselves to compile a list of 5 things that are hot, and not, about our favorite social network.
We live on front porches and swing life away. We get by just fine here on minimum wage. If love is a labor, I'll....Ok. For some reason, I'm feeling nostalgic and like quoting overly-played graduation songs. That's what happens when you spend the past two days photographing high school graduations. And, much like Kelly Walsh and Roosevelt, Natrona County High School's class of 2012 proved that if our future is in these young people's hands', it's in good hands.
Another day, another graduation. Parents, teachers and friends gathered to witness the 2012 graduating class of Roosevelt High School proudly take home their diplomas. Tears were shed, speeches were given, futures were contemplated. Awards were handed out to those students who went above beyond the call of duty, but every graduate proved that they are on the right track to achieving all that they want to achieve. Check out these pics from graduation.
As we go on, we remember all the times we had together. Yes, that was a Vitamin C reference. No, most of the Kelly Walsh graduating class of 2012 have no idea who that is. That aside, congratulations to the 2012 KW Grads.
As something of a proponent of Hip Hop, I was giddy with excitement, knowing that Tech N9ne, Machine Gun Kelly, and others were playing a show at the Casper Events Center. Because I know much about rap, I prepared a lavish Hummer Limo, filled with Crystal, Southern Food, and Shawty's.
The students of Star Lane Center in Casper are putting their recently developed video skills to use by presenting an array of different videos highlighting political and social issues.
This is what happened.
Anton Chigurh- “If the rule you followed led you to this, of what use was the rule?”
Carson Wells- “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
Anton Chigurh- “I’m talking about your life. In which now everything can be seen at once.”

If you head on over to our Facebook page, you will see that a while ago, we asked you guys to ask us questions about life, love, sex (especially sex) and anything else you little darlings could come up with. And you did not disappoint.
If you were looking for the best Ladies' Night Out ever, then you should have been at The Attic on Thursday when the men of Bare Assets came and bared it all for the benefit of numerous women, and one very red-faced camera man. The hoots and the hollers from the women proved that these men knew exactly what they were doing, and these pictures are but a glimpse into the utter debauchery that was going on behind the closed doors of The Attic.
In this new weekly 'Blog,' Yours Truly and my best friend in the entire world, Sara LeeAnn, will offer stories, experiences, anecdotes, and advice(what little we have) about the topics of love, life, sex, food-really whatever interests us. Chances are, you've experienced some of the same things we have. Chances also probably are that you've loved more, lost more, had more/better sex, are funnier, smarter, nicer than us. Good! This isn't a lecture. It's a conversation, a dance even, between you and us.
In what was surprising to very few people, the Natrona County Fillies defeated the girls from Campbell County, 60-33. They are the only team from Casper to advance to the finals of the state basketball tournament, and they will face the winner of the Evanston/Laramie game to for the 4A State Title. The NC girls made Casper proud, and they should be proud of themselves as well.
The Kelly Walsh Trojans played their hearts at this weekend, but unfortunately, so did Cheyenne East, which is why they came out on top in a hard fought game. The final score of 62-44 should have no bearing on how hard both teams worked.
