Hader's gonna hade!

'SNL' cast member Bill Hader left the show after this season wrapped. He discussed his departure on Howard Stern's morning radio show, opening up about the Justins who hosted – as in Bieber and Timberlake -- this past season. Turns out it was two totally different experiences.

First, Hader praised JT, who has hosted five times, up the wazoo as a consummate pro. "He's great...Also, guy doesn't show up with anybody. It's just him," Hader admitted.

One guy who doesn't just show up on his own for work? Justin Bieber. Instead, The Biebs was surrounded by an entourage, rolling 20 deep.

Hader revealed, "Justin Bieber showed up with like 20 guys. And every time, backstage is a very small constructed place, he had a guy holding a slice of pizza, a guy holding a Diet Coke. You were trying to fight around all these people to get dressed. Timberlake, it was just him. He's a real class act, that guy."

It's a shame that The Biebs has people to hold his cans of Diet Coke but couldn't get someone to figure out how to extrapolate his monkey Mally from the possession of German authorities.

Hader's comments aren't an out and out attack on The Biebs but they sure are funny.
