No doubt you've probably already heard your parents say television and/or that cell phone is going to fry your brain. Some actually believe they might! It's already been postulated and theorized in the late 1980's and early 1990's that 1-hour television dramas (Law & Order, Sex in the City, CSI, Desperate Housewives, etc.) and half-hour comedies (Friends, Everybody Loves Raymond, Seinfeld, etc.) have shortened our attention span to 48 minutes & 22 minutes respectively, those time-frames not reflecting commercials.

With the emergence of a study by author Nicholas Carr (which to me just sounded like a bunch of hoop-lah to sell his book), I can't argue the fact that he does make some very valid points. All in all, the quick 4 minute video is worth watching... if nothing more then for its entertainment value, which also may help prove his point. Darn it!!!
