Chris Brown is heading back to court, but this time not as a defendant. The 'Don't Wake Me Up' singer is eager to file a lawsuit against the paparazzi that he claims led him to crash his Porsche yesterday (Feb. 9).

TMZ spoke with the photographers of the agency that was on the scene when Breezy crashed his whip into a wall, and they deny any wrongdoing in the accident. INF Photo Agency owner Chris Doherty insisted that his photographers didn't arrive at the scene until after he already (literally) hit the wall and that they "had nothing to do with Chris Brown crashing."

"No photographers were following him at the time he crashed ... he crashed his car and it’s convenient for him to blame us. He needs to be careful with his defamatory statements," Doherty added.

This didn't sit well with Brown's rep, who told the site, "We plan on seeking criminal charges and holding them civilly liable."
