Chris Brown Covers Fall Issue of Annex Man [PHOTOS]

It's been a cycle of bad news and good news for Chris Brown lately, so it makes sense that he's pictured both smiling and looking super serious on the cover of the Fall 2013 Annex Man magazine.

The double image, which appears on the magazine's #Icon Issue: Brooklyn, shows both Browns rocking a black sleeveless vest from the Mugler Fall 2013 collection.

In the accompanying article, 'The Curious Case of Chris Brown,' the singer discusses upcoming album 'X' as well as his headline-making health problems and personal issues. Those troubles -- including a recent non-epileptic seizure and a new sentence of 1,000 hours of community labor -- just forced Brown to cancel four tour dates in Canada.
