Christian Rapper Lecrae Is Changing The Way You Look At Hip-Hop [VIDEO]

You may or may not have heard of Lecrae. If you haven't, I suggest you look him up. Lacrae is gospel/Christian hip-hop artist that is becoming the first in his kind to see crossover success. Being nominated for 2 Grammy Awards and actually winning one has no doubt helped to further this, as well as the positive message he represents.

Although I has heard of him, it wasn't until the BET Awards Freestyle Cypher 2011 that I really started to listen. Since then, he's just about become a household name in Hip-Hop, a feat rarely seen for Christian emcees. His latest single, 'I'm Turnt' has the same club feel of your favorite Iggy Azalea or DJ Snake song, but with lyrics like: "you probably think I'm rolling (ecstasy), I'm just high on the Spirit", he still manages to get his point across in a fun, roll-model-ish way. Even only more artists were like Lacrae...
