Some of the star power that made David Guetta‘s ‘Nothing but the Beat’ a success was on hand during the DJ’s headlining set at Coachella. R&B star Usher joined Guetta on stage during Saturday’s late-night set at the festival.

Usher led the crowd in an a cappella sing-along of ‘Without You,’ his collaboration with Guetta from the DJ’s ‘Nothing But the Beat’ album. He hung around for a few more minutes as Guetta began spinning the studio recording of the track. “Rock and roll. We’re all together! We’re all one!,” Guetta shouted during the song.

‘Without You’ hit No. 4 last year, becoming the biggest hit from ‘Nothing But the Beat.’ Guetta performs again during Coachella’s second weekend, so perhaps these two will offer an encore next Saturday. Usher has joined Guetta on stage to perform the track in the past. They debuted the song together last summer in Ibiza.

Guetta also unveiled a new song for the excited crowd during his 80-minute set at the Sahara Tent. He plans to take his live show to several European festivals this summer, with a handful of U.S. theater dates sandwiched in between.
