It's difficult to tally all the accounts floating about of Dina Lohan not paying for things, so what difference does one more make?

We're just now finding out that last year, there was a Ferrari charity event in the Hamptons -- because those exist -- and among the car owners and philanthropists, Dina somehow managed to slur her way past security at the ritzy Andrra Waterside Restaurant. And that's where the trouble started.

TMZ reports that the restaurant's lawyer, Edmond Chakmakian, claims Dina and her brother showed up and immediately began acting like their usual selves -- slamming down drinks like Mel Gibson at a bat mitzvah and buying them for others, too.

All in all, Dina allegedly racked up a $2,500 bill. On top of that, she also pledged $1,500 to the Clamshell Foundation, a charity that helps underprivileged youth -- then she got the hell out of there without paying for anything.

Chakmakian says all attempts to reach Dina have been useless, so he's opted to file a lawsuit to recover the four grand, saying, "She feels very privileged and entitled because of who her daughter is. She acted like she was doing them a favor by showing up."

Fortunately for the restaurant, the Mystery Machine was able to follow the trail of empty vodka bottles to an abandoned warehouse, where Dina was unmasked and thwarted. And she would have gotten away with it, too, if ...
