Do You Think Casper Will Have Good Weather for Eclipse Festival 2017? [POLL]

With all the hype about the 2017 Eclipse Festival, is it going to be the global event everyone promises? Locals know the weather in Casper is unpredictable, so are we going to have the once in a lifetime event? Or is the Wyoming weather going to block the view?

All of the hotels are booked. The campsites are filling up or are full, too. Places like AirBNB are charging a ridiculous amount to rent a house. Our town is going to be overflowing with tourists, but will they get the stellar experience they were promised? We won't know until August, but we can have some humor the idea of bad weather now.
