UPDATE (1:45 p.m.):

The Jackson Police Department has released further details of the arrest of an ESPN radio host.

Ryen Russillo, host of The Russillo Show, was arrested early Wednesday after reportedly barging into someone's home.

Police were called at about 3:30 a.m. to the 500 block of Snow King Loop for a report of an intoxicated man refusing to leave.

The victims showed officers where Russillo was allegedly lying on a bed in the south bedroom. Police say Russillo's eyes were glassy and bloodshot, his speech was slurred and he could not answer questions coherently. Authorities say those factors all indicated that Russillo was drunk.

Russillo reportedly didn't seem to know where he was and couldn't answer questions about where he was staying.

It did not appear to police as though Russillo had forced entry, but entered through a door which had not been properly secured.

Police say because Russillo entered unlawfully and did not leave when asked, he was arrested for violating Jackson's criminal trespass law. The alleged crime is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $750.
