Happy Birthday Jay Z!!!

Today marks the 44th birthday for one Shawn Corey Carter, known to the world at large as Jay Z. The Hip-Hop mogul and all round business man has probably one the most illustrious careers in the history of not only rap, but the music industry as a whole. With the deal he inked with Samsung, Hov's album had certified platinum status (1 million copies sold) before it even went on sale to retailers, which is a first EVER in the music business.

For his birthday, Jigga also announced he's changing his diet to all vegan, along with his wife Beyonce, until Christmas. He was quoted as say:

"On December 3rd, one day before my 44th birthday I will embark on a 22 Days challenge to go completely vegan, or as I prefer to call it, plant-based!!
