UNDATED (AP) — The NBA's defending champs have matched the second-longest winning streak in league history.

LeBron James had 22 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists as Miami made it 22 wins in a row with a 108-91 victory at Toronto.

Dwyane (dwayn) Wade contributed 24 points and nine assists. And Ray Allen scored 16 of his 20 points in the fourth quarter to help the Heat take control of what was a close game.

Miami can break a tie with the 2007-2008 Houston Rockets by beating the Celtics in Boston on Monday night, but they'd still be 10 shy of the league record for consecutive wins set by the 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers.

__ The L.A. Lakers beat Sacramento 113-102 even with Kobe Bryant taking the night off to rest his sprained ankle. Antawn Jamison picked up the scoring slack with 27 points off the bench. Dwight Howard added 12 points and 17 rebounds. The Lakers hold a one-game lead over Utah in the race for the final playoff spot in the West.

— Chris Paul had 20 points and eight assists and Blake Griffin contributed 12 points and 12 rebounds to help the Los Angeles Clippers beat the injury-depleted New York Knicks 93-80 in a meeting of division leaders. The Clips steadily pulled away in the second half of their first home win over New York since February 2009. Vinny Del Negro notches his 200th NBA coaching win.

— Monta (MAHN'-tay) Ellis scored 25 of his season-high 39 points in the fourth quarter as Milwaukee rallied past Orlando 115-109 and halted a three-game losing streak. The Bucks ended the game on a 30-12 run.

— Stephen (STEH'-fihn) Curry scored 29 points, Klay Thompson had 26 with six 3-pointers, and Golden State stayed ahead of Houston in the Western Conference standings with a 108-78 win over the Rockets. Houston trails Golden State by a game and a-half in the West.

— Derrick Williams scored a career-high 28 points and Ricky Rubio had 16 with six assists as the Minnesota Timberwolves beat the New Orleans Hornets 97-95.

— Kevin Durant scored 19 of his 31 points in the fourth quarter, Russell Westbrook had 35 including the go-ahead jumper with 1 minute left, and the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Dallas Mavericks 107-101.

__Al Horford had 22 points and 11 rebounds, and the Atlanta Hawks dominated the fourth quarter to beat Brooklyn 105-93.
