'Twas a month after Halloween and all through New York, Heidi Klum was hosting a gala to benefit Hurricane Sandy victims. With Santa of course.

FINE WE AREN'T POETS.

In conjunction with SVEDKA Vodka, Smart Water and the American Red Cross, the former supermodel finally held her Heidi Klum's Haunted Holiday at Finale in New York.

She'd canceled her annual party in light of Hurricane Sandy, so she used the delayed event to raise money for the victims -- $200k in all. Klum also handed out donations and supplies alongside Kris Kringle, who was there to put the Christmas spirit into the spooky-themed festivities.

While some guests went for a more holiday feel, Klum stuck to a Halloween aesthetic and dressed as Cleopatra, complete with hundreds of Swarovski crystals highlighting her face.

"It took maybe three hours to put my face on and like 10 minutes to get dressed," Heidi said of the process.

We appreciate the work that went into it, but we bet she's still picking little bedazzling beads off her pillow.
