Carly Rae Jepsen and Lil Yachty recently put their own unique spin to the classic party hit "It Takes Two" in a new remix, which was produced by Mike WiLL Made-It. The song made its debut in the form of a new Target commercial which premiered during the 2017 Grammy Awards.

The energetic video features dazzling dance sequences directed by Roman Coppola and La La Land choreographer Mandy Moore.

The ad was shot over the course of four days and utilized nearly 3000 boxes of Bounce, 700 Swiffers, 400 bottles of Clorox, and 100 Target shopping carts. Bullseye the Dog, Target's official mascot, also makes a cameo in the spot.

“You get some strange pitches in your lifetime, and this was definitely one of them,” Repsen told Entertainment Weekly in a recent interview.

“I got a late-night phone call from my A&R person, who was like, ‘We’re missing one verse, and they’re wondering if you wouldn’t mind writing a rap and coming in and recording it tonight?’ I was like, ‘Uh, you guys realize I don’t rap, right? That sounds crazy.’ It was one of the most intimidating moments of my career…They’re like, ‘Alright, go perform your first-ever rap in front of actual professional rappers!’ There’s nothing more terrifying than that.”
