Judge Jennifer Lopez — dressed in a loose-fitting, shimmery white jumpsuit that was pants-on-the-ground style and a white Yankee cap, nodding to her Bronx heritage — took the stage on the season finale of ‘American Idol‘ tonight (May 23) to perform a two-song medley (‘Goin’ In’ and ’Follow the Leader’). It was a blazing hot performance, that’s for sure.

We expect multitasking from J to the Lo, since she is an actress, singer, dancer, judge, fashion designer, perfumer maker, mother of twins, dater of younger men and all around Puerto Rican Renaissance Woman.

She began with ‘Goin’ In’ with rapper Flo Rida, who was just on ‘The Voice‘ season finale. All reality competition shows are equal in Flo’s eyes; he’ll perform on ‘em all.

Lopez then performed ‘Follow the Leader’ with her upcoming tourmates Wisin and Yandel, lacing the song with a Latin flair and more heat than a thousand bottles of hot sauce.

While J. Lo’s outfits on Season 11 have been a hit parade, this performance ensemble — while street, urban, comfy and designed for performing — was flat out ugly. The crotch hung too low, and even though it was shimmery, it wasn’t flattering. Show those curves, girl.

Overall, though, Lopez showed the audience how it’s done with her sexy performance.
