Fans of Texas A&M football still love Johnny Manziel. Need proof?

Well, he recently visited College Station for an autograph session that drew nearly 400 fans.Tickets for the event, which ranged from $125 to $155, sold out in a day. Some people stood in line, at times in 100-degree heat, for three hours to meet the their hero.

In one way, the event had Johnny Football’s career coming full circle, because he was under fire for charging for autographs while in college and was even suspended for the first half of a game in 2013.

Back then, it was a no-no. And now, he’s able to rake in big bucks for scribbling his name on things without any worry of being punished.

What happened to the days when you could get an autograph for free?
