Justin Bieber‘s ‘Believe’ drops on June 19 – that’s merely six days away — and the singer shared a clip of the recording process for ‘As Long As You Love Me.’ It’s a keyhole view of life in the studio for The Biebs, surrounded by producers, manager Scooter Braun and of course, mom Pattie Mallette.

We see The Biebs, with his signature swooped bangs, in the studio recording and laying down the vocals on the song. He is in front of the mic, dropping that falsetto, swag, swag, swag style. One thing we gleaned from this clip is the fact that The Biebs takes his craft seriously. Just look at the laser-like focus at which he approaches the microphone.  He’s got “eye of the tiger,” like Rocky Balboa. There goes another boxing reference, which seem to be following The Biebs around at every turn.

The teen then listens to the playback of his handiwork in front of the board, letting himself absorb, feel and critique his own work. He likes what he hears – as do we — as he grooves and mouths the lyrics in the playback.

Mama Mallette is in the studio, too, beaming with pride, watching her baby boy with a big ol’ mama’s smile. She’s got to be proud of her handiwork here!
