WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MST
FRIDAY.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHT. A HEAVIEST
SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGH MIDNIGHT...WITH SNOW TAPERING OFF
BY MIDDAY FRIDAY.

* SNOWFALL AMOUNTS...2 TO 4 INCHES.

* VISIBILITY...DOWN TO HALF MILE IN SNOW AND FOG.

* MAIN IMPACT...ROAD CONDITIONS WILL BECOME INCREASINGLY SLICK AND
HAZARDOUS THIS EVENING...WITH A THIN LAYER OF ICE POSSIBLE
BELOW THE ACCUMULATING SNOW. EVENING COMMUTERS SHOULD BE
PREPARED FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING ROAD CONDITIONS.

A LARGE AREA OF LIGHT SNOW ALONG AND EAST OF THE DIVIDE WILL
PERSIST THROUGH TONIGHT AND INTO FRIDAY MORNING BEFORE TAPERING
OFF TO FLURRIES. HIGHWAYS HAVE ALREADY BECOME WET AND SLICK IN
SOME AREAS. AS A COLD FRONT PUSHES FROM NORTH TO SOUTH...AREA
HIGHWAYS WILL CONTINUE TO BECOME INCREASINGLY SLICK AND HAZARDOUS
AS TEMPERATURES DROP SHARPLY. TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATION IS
EXPECTED TO BE AROUND ONE TO TWO INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
AMOUNTS.
