A man from Twin Bridges, MT was slapped with an aggravated DUI after officers report that he showed up at the jail to pick up some keys from his brother who was already behind bars.

According to the report, the man traveled from 375 miles from Gillette, Wyoming to Bozeman, Montana to pick up the keys but passed out in the jail lobby when he arrived.

Court records indicate that the man was drinking while traveling nearly 400 miles and blew a 0.254, three times over the limit.

The judge let the man go on his own recognizance, but not before being ordered to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet.
