A man reported missing last month has been found and is in good health, Natrona County Sheriff's Office spokesman Sgt. Aaron Shatto said Monday.

Steven Kenneth Haworth, 59, was last seen in the area of north Casper on Sept. 17, but has been located, Shatto said.

Monday afternoon, Shatto issued a news release saying a family member of Haworth's had contacted the Sheriff's Office to tell it he was okay.

Deputies went to an address in Mills where they contacted Haworth, according to the news release.

He was in good health and told deputies he went to scout for elk and later visited friends in Wyoming. He learned through reading a newspaper that he had been reported missing. That's when he contacted his family.
