So much sameness in reality TV these days. Weight loss shows get hot, there's a million of them. Dancing shows, talent shows, inventor shows, there's several in every category - seems like originality is hard to come by. If you were wondering if there was room on TV for multiple reality shows about the drama behind baking cakes, according to TMZ - Survey Says: "No." Are you crushed?

A rep for the Food Network tells us, "All good things must come to an end, and the final season of Ace of Cakes will begin on-air in January."
As for Duff -- the star baker -- we're told Food Network is "currently in the process of developing new show concepts for him."
