Question: if you were at work and got attacked by a customer, would you fight back?

The internet has been going a buzz with that question since this viral video of a McDonald's drive-thru employee in a physical altercation with a customer starting making it's rounds through social media.

The employee has been identified as 22-year-old Bernard Robinson III of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Some have said his actions were extreme, but he said he was only protecting himself.

Bernard was quoted from StarTribune as saying:

"He grabbed my tie, and he’s trying to get me out of the window. He was choking me. … I was fighting for my life."

By watching the full video (which is just over 1-minute long), you can see Bernard being held by his tie and the customer trying to pull him out of the drive-thru window. The 31-year-old suspect has not been named, but was still holding the tie of the worker when police showed up on the scene. Police arrested the suspect and cited him for misdemeanor assault and then released him.
