Oh the joy of back-to-school, while some parents rejoice other folks are always mindful of the traffic increase for the start of school. Especially since out of staters come and help get the new students settled in. 

It's bad enough Wyoming is such a hot spot for summer tourism and then also boasts a big college option from the UW to Casper College, it gets really busy this time of year and for the school year as well.

Just like the reminder for school speed zone limits, it's the same for near the college. College kids of all ages, are hustling and bustling and of course driving. That is the bad combo, they are stressed, worried and doing things on their own. Be extra cautious your self and if you are a college kid remember don't worry and try to take it slow. It's not worth the headache and the accident to be.
