Nom Nom Nom.... sorry it was just so good! Maybe you are having turkey for Christmas well then this recipe is just for you.

There are so many ways to cook a turkey these days. This one is fairly easy but so yummy. What do you need? Well Brown Sugar Butter and some lemon of course really  brings that sweet out.

One of the important things is melting the butter then mixing in the brown sugar so that it gets a little gooey.

To start when your bird is in the cooking pan, try to get some butter under the skin. Now give it a light rub down with some lemon. Then it is the brown sugar time. Coat the turkey with the brown sugar melt that you have. No need to put too much as you will do it one more time.

When you have 45 left or whenever you are taking off the "tent" to let it brown you can add the brown sugar! It turns out so sweet and tender.
