With more sun around today, temperatures will once again start to heat up across the state.  Highs will range from the lower 80s to the lower 90s over the next couple of days.

The very warm to hot temperatures will be accompanied by wind on Wednesday, leading to a continued very high to extreme fire danger.  A Fire Weather Watch is posted for southern Wyoming on Wednesday.  Mainly west winds could gust to 35 mph at times.

Late Wednesday into Thursday a weather disturbance will just brush through the state from the north.  At best, it could trigger a few small gusty thunderstorms in the north and east.
