Part of a Wyoming highway was closed for some two hours Monday night following a crash that killed one person and sent another to a hospital.

Uinta County Fire and Ambulance says WY 414 was closed just south of the Urie intersection following a two-vehicle crash.

Air Med from Rock Springs also responded.

An ambulance took one driver to Evanston Regional Hospital, but another person reportedly died as a result of the crash.

No names or details about the people involved in the crash, or the circumstances surrounding the collision, have been released.

Uinta County Fire and Ambulance says on its Facebook page that the Wyoming Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
