Police arrested a Casper man for allegedly exposing himself again, this time in the east-side Walmart early Monday morning, according to an affidavit filed with the Natrona County Circuit Court.

Bruce Brooker was taken into custody after a Walmart employee contacted store management and then told police she saw him walking through the store with his genitals hanging out of the top of his shorts. Brooker was not seen touching himself, the employee said.

He probably will hear the charges against him during an initial appearance in Natrona County Circuit Court today.

Brooker told police he was just shopping, but could not say specifically what he was looking for. He said the weight of the phone and other items in his pockets probably caused his shorts to be pulled down.

An officer asked him to put all his items in his shorts. Brooker did so, but his shorts did not sag. Brooker did not have a wallet, cash, credit cards or any identification, either.

Police arrested him and told him he would no longer be allowed in Walmart or Sam's Club.

The officer also found he was on probation for possession of a controlled substance and public indecency. He was convicted of public indecency six years ago and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.
