A Rawlins woman is dead following a single-vehicle rollover 22 miles south of Jeffrey City Monday afternoon.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol says 59-year-old Robin Banks was headed north on Wyoming State Highway 789, when she lost control on the icy road and rolled her SUV.

Banks, who was not wearing her seat belt, was thrown from the SUV and died on the scene.

The Patrol says driving too fast for highway conditions may have contributed to the crash.
