According to Reader's Digest, Buffalo, Wyoming is much more enchanting in the winter. I'm going to assume they mean that as a compliment.

I have no doubt this Reader's Digest shout-out is a good thing. They recently declared 13 Small Towns That Are More Enchanting in the Winter. It's obvious they love snow based on why they said they included Buffalo in this:

Buffalo averages 41 inches of powder each year, and this only makes the scene more spectacular.

Reader's Digest also mentions the famous Occidental Hotel which many believe is haunted.

Between snow and ghosts, how can you miss by including Buffalo in your winter travels?
