Mere months after the release of her most successful album to date, Revival, Selena Gomez is already onto the next chapter of music. Kicking off her Revival World Tour in Las Vegas on Friday night (May 6), the former Disney darling thrilled fans when she performed a brand new song, reportedly called "Feel Me." An angelic, trap-infused pop jam, the track serves as an ode to being missed by an ex-lover: "When you're running, who do you run to?"

A welcome, albeit yet unreleased addition to the singer's burgeoning discography, the mid-tempo tune drives forward with a flurry of rhythmic beats, Gomez's airy vocals floating above the audio like a feather tumbling in the breeze. It fits in well with the artist's current collection of hazy alt-pop, yet speaks to a sonic evolution, leaving any remnants of bubblegum long behind.

Back in April, the songstress previewed clips of the ethereal R&B jam on Snapchat, teasing fans with a video of herself singing along to the tune in the car. "Do you stay up late / Just so you don't dream?" she mouthed along to the song, blissfully dancing and obviously feeling herself on the track. (Pun intended.)

In any event, it makes sense that Gomez would debut new music out on tour: Back in March, the pop star hinted that she was already working on new material in the studio, leading many to believe that a new album may be released as soon as this year.

And if you want a taste of what that might sound like, just watch her perform the new track live, below:
