Donovan Short

Hey, it’s Donovan Short – and for those of you I haven’t met over the last decade or so of doing afternoons at KISS-FM, I’ll probably catch you eventual. I’ve been here in Casper since 1998, when I moved up from my original hometown of Birmingham, Alabama. The original radio job I came for was only supposed to last a year or so, but I fell in love with Casper, and eventually got married, bought a house, and started a family here – 14 years later, I’m still fortunate to be working with the same great radio station in the same great city, and life is good.

One of my favorite things about Casper is the generosity of the people that live here, and how they step up and take care of their own – I do my best to follow your example, and enjoy working with various charities in town, like KISS-FM’s annual Stuff The Van toy drive, and serving on the Board Of Directors for Wyoming Food Bank Of The Rockies, just to name a few.
