Skydiving off Hot Air Balloon in Casper [VIDEO]

Not many have done what this couple have. Sarah and Matt Nuckols are the second in the nation to sky dive in every state. The great thing is they saved the Cowboy State for last and recorded this video of the jump off a hot air balloon above Casper.
