Summer Fun, Preparing for Archery Season

For a lot of people part of summer fun is gearing up and practicing for archery season. When it's nice out (less smokey) and summer, shooting at the range or at a friends is a popular gathering.

We are lucky enough to not only have great archery shops in the area but also a lot of great ranges too. I have been just getting the feel of my new bow so I have been just practicing with that.

Archery season is just around the corner with most areas for antelope opening on Aug. 15 and most areas for deer and elk open to archers on Sept. 1.
