Is there anything better than spending a warm summer day with your neighbors, listening to music, eating great food, shopping, and seeing beautiful works of art and photos? We don't think so. Which is why we look forward to NicFest every year. The number of people, vendors, and wonderful kinds of food and drink that we get to experience makes us look forward to every Casper summer.
