Tech N9ne will be back in Casper at the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds for his Independent Powerhouse Tour, Saturday, April 13th, 2013. The Strange Music CEO will headline but is bringing along such acts as Brotha Lynch Hung, Krizz Kaliko, Kutt Calhoun, plus newcomers Rittz & Ces Cru.
