Tori Kelly Does A Beautiful Cover Of An Aaliyah Song [VIDEO]

There's not too many people that would attempt to cover an Aaliyah when she was alive. But with her untimely passing, very few have even tried.

The beautiful Tori Kelly was taped by California crooner, Jeremy Passion to perform the song 'One Man Woman'. The song was originally recorded by Playa, which was a trio of gentleman that wrote and or song background on a lot of Timbaland & Missy's other cohorts. considering Playa and Aaliyah worked together quite often, it was only right they did this song together.

All this wasn't one of my favorite Playa or Aaliyah songs, I still liked it. But the acoustic version Kelly and Passion put together is just awesome. It is now become my favorite song and gave me a better appreciation for the original.

Although you may not have heard of the group Playa, I'm sure most people are familiar with it's most high profile member: Static Major. Static, born Stephen Garrett, was the featured singer on Lil Wayne's hit single 'Lollipop'. He died of a unexpected medical condition just days before Weezy released the video.
