The Wyoming Highway Patrol reports separate crashes on Wyoming highways claimed the lives of two Casper men Thursday. According to investigators, 47-year-old Charles Miller was killed on I-25 near Douglas when the flatbed straight truck he was driving entered the oncoming lane in a construction zone and collided with an oncoming semi. That crash shut down I-25 for several hours. In the other crash 59-year-old Barry Strang was northbound on WYO 789 near Lander when his motorcycle hit the drive axles of a semi travelling in the same direction on a curve. Investigators say Strang had just purchased the motorcycle and had driven three miles when he was involved in the crash. Strang was pronounced dead at the scene.
