Fed-Up News Reporter Pwns Video-Bomber by Asking About Her STDs [VIDEO]
Orlando reporter Jessica Sanchez was doing a live remote about New Orleans prepping for the Super Bowl when a drunk Californian video-bombed her. So Sanchez did what any reported pushed to her limits would do: She asked the interloper how long she's had an STD.
The story goes a little something like this: Sanchez is in the middle of her live report when a woman wanders into the shot and starts yelling "heeeeeey!" to the camera. Sanchez turns around to address her, asking her if she'd like to do an interview which of course the drunk would love because GO 49ERS!
Things take a turn for the hilarious when Sanchez tells the woman they're reporting on the STD rate along Bourbon Street and asks her, "So how long have you had an STD?"
That made the chick sober up with a quickness. "I don't have an STD!"
"Then why did you want to talk? Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. It's nothing to be ashamed of," the possibly now out-of-work reporter sarcastically responded.
After much back and forth and high pitched squeaking, Sanchez went back to her report and the crazed woman continued to yell about the 49ers and possibly condoms.
On the upside, this should secure Sanchez a space in the viral video hall of fame. On the downside, Sanchez may be in a little trouble.
When asked for comment, Skip Valet, the vice president and general manager of station WKMG, told TVSpy, “One of the challenges of live television is that the unexpected can and does happen. We are continually assessing how to best balance our reporting when confronted with these types of interruptions.”
But never mind that. Sanchez can always go into stand-up comedy. She's already skilled at shooting down hecklers.
