Who’s the Hot Girl in the Ruffles Commercial?

If you’ve seen the ultimate Ruffles Commercial, we’re sure you remember the “Ba-ZING!” girl, who does a 30-second morph from cute girlfriend to smokin’ babe, all because of some bacon dip. (Fact – bacon dip is, in fact, transformational.) So, who is she?

Emily C. Chang is an Emmy Award-winning actress, writer and producer who can most recently be seen in Len Wiseman’s ‘Total Recall’ remake, opposite Colin Farell and Jessica Biel. Her TV credits include appearances on ’90210,’ ‘Brothers and Sisters,’ and ‘NCIS.’

She is also an accomplished freelance writer, and editor-in-chief of the widely distributed ezine, IaLink. After co-founding two national performance collectives, she was listed in A Magazine’s “Top 20 Influential Asian Americans.”
