* WIND AND VISIBILITY... WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS 35 TO 45 MPH WILL CAUSE BLOWING SNOW WITH VISIBILITIES REDUCED TO BETWEEN ONE QUARTER AND ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* MAIN IMPACT... SEVERELY REDUCED VISIBILITY... SOME DRIFTING OF SNOW... AND VERY SLICK ROADS WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT AT TIMES.
