SNOW IS POSSIBLE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

* SNOW AMOUNTS...8 TO 14 INCHES POSSIBLE WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
AMOUNTS IN THE LOWER ELEVATIONS. 1 TO 2 FEET POSSIBLE ON CASPER
MOUNTAIN.

* MAIN IMPACT...ROADS WILL BECOME SLICK AND SNOW PACKED.

* OTHER IMPACTS...NORTH TO NORTHEAST WIND OF 15 TO 20 MPH WITH
HIGHER GUSTS WILL CREATE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IN OPEN
