* TIMING...SNOW WITH BRISK NORTHEAST WINDS WILL DEVELOP MONDAY
MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT BEFORE TAPERING OFF
TUESDAY MORNING

* SNOWFALL...3 TO 6 INCHES IN THE LOWER ELEVATIONS WITH 5 TO 10
INCHES ON CASPER MOUNTAIN.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTHEAST WINDS OF 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS
TO 35 MPH WILL CAUSE BLOWING SNOW WITH VISIBILITY BELOW A
QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

* MAIN IMPACT...ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW PACKED AND ICY WITH
DRIFTING SNOW AND POOR VISIBILITY. DRIVING WILL BECOME
DIFFICULT. TRAVEL DELAYS ARE LIKELY ALONG INTERSTATE 25.
