This is the biggest event in Casper and as a result, lots of help is needed.

The more I read about the Wyoming Eclipse Festival that is happening in Casper this year, the more I get excited. The eclipse alone is a big deal, but the festival that's being put together is going to rival what's happening in the sky. The actual eclipse will only last about three minutes on August 21, but the entire week will be filled with activities.

And with activities comes the need for volunteers.

According to KCWY 13, the Eclipse Festival is expected to draw 35,000 people to Casper. The festival preparations are well underway and festival director, Anna Wilcox, says that their biggest hurdle of getting the word out is already complete. Now they are looking for volunteers to greet tourists, assist business owners, sell merchandise and work various booths throughout the event.
