Some Wyoming moms just might not ever get their hands on this year’s hottest toy, but there are other options for those who can't find ‘Hatchimals‘.

First, some options on Wyoming's radar that aren't so hard to find:

Snuggie Tails - Themed blankets that are just too cute

Power Ranger - Power Rangers anything

Hoverboards - Old futruama is now reality

Legos - Halo and Destiny sets

Baby Alive - The Hasbro favorite

And here is the crazy popular latest thing - Hatchimals. Our magical and mysterious friends come out of eggs. CNBC says, “Kids must nurture the speckled egg in order to begin the hatching process. It taps and pecks until it cracks open, and a furry animatronic creature emerges. Then kids interact and teach it to walk and talk.”

Hatchimals come in five different species - Pengualas, Draggles, Owlicorns, Burtles and Bearakeets - which retail for about $50. The trick is finding them for retail. You may not be picky about another logistical problem. Several big-name stores have rights to certain varieties. Wal-Mart is the only store that sells Burtles, while you have to go to Target to find Bearakeets and Toys R Us is the lone place for Owlicorns.

If you want an owlicorn, there are no brick and mortar Toys R Us stores in the Cowboy State. Try toysrus.com, or Fort Collins, CO.

Analyst say that for four years, nothing has been comparable to Hatchamal's sales within weeks of a launch. The closest was Disney Frozen in 2013. This is the 2016 Tickle Me Elmo.

Speaking of hoverboards, this may make you say, "Why didn't I think of that?"
