Does the Trick-Or-Treat “Honor Bowl” Actually Work? No. Here’s Proof…[VIDEO]

So, what happens if you can't be home for the trick or treaters and you leave out the "honor bowl"? You know...bowl of candy with a sign that says "Take ONE please." Someone rigged up their house with a video camera to see how honest the kids really were. It lasted about a half hour. The kid to watch is some sort of vampire.
